Unless he was smoking pot to numb pain from his swimming workouts? You know, that "medical marijuana benefits" thing? After his bong photograph was leaked michael Phelps tarnished his image. And if you think I'm being too critical, don't forget that Phelps HIMSELF apologized for smoking the bong!
Rep. Robert F. Hagan has been trying to legalize it for years but his attempts have always been ignored and have died. However, a poll done by Ohioans has shown that many people are coming around to feeling more my latest blog post comfortable with the use of pot.
If property owners could say"I don't want this to be done on my property, so please vacate", then the situation would be simple to remedy. Interestingly, they can't.
